The Carolina Country Music Festival returns to Myrtle Beach in 2016 with a smoking lineup of superstar country music acts. This year’s festival will be from June 10-12 and will have a Kick-Off Concert on June 9. The location will be in the same place as last year, on the grounds of the former Myrtle Beach Pavilion in downtown. So pack up your boots and bikinis start making plans to be here.
Last year’s Carolina Country Music Fest had thousands of people from over 40 states and several different countries in attendance. Over 5,000 tickets were sold in Myrtle Beach alone, so if you weren’t there you probably know someone who came out to the inaugural festival.
The 2015 CCMF lineup included country music superstars Lady Antebellum, Eric Church, Big & Rich, Rascal Flatts and newcomers like Sam Hunt and Colt Ford. The legendary Southern Rock favorites The Marshall Tucker Band and Georgia Satellites were also there for all the good ole’ boys of the rock era. This year’s lineup is already packed and growing every few weeks. If you missed it last year, now is the time to start planning for this year’s event.
The Carolina Country Music Festival 2016 Lineup is off to an amazing start with three massive headliners already announced and over 30 performers expected to play for the weekend-long event. Tim McGraw will be performing hits from his 10 Number 1 Country Music Albums and comes to Myrtle Beach as one of the Top 5 Grossing Music Tours of all time. Do you think he might bring along his lovely wife Faith Hill to sing a song or two? Let’s hope so!
The Carolina Country Music Festival 2016 will also feature Keith Urban, who will be bringing his Country Pop sound from the Land Down Under of Australia. Keith is coming in fresh off the heels as a judge for the final season of American Idol. The festival will be rocking and rolling when the boys from Florida Georgia Line take the stage with their amped-up country party anthems like “This is How We Roll”. You can bet your last beer they will be playing the Top Digital Download Country Song of all time, “Cruise” for all the beautiful Southern women in the crowd. Just like last year, there will be local acts and new talent for you to discover. You might just find your new favorite band, or catch the next country star as it’s rising to the sky and the top of the charts.
Carolina Country Music Festival tickets for 2016 are already on sale. 3 Day General Admission tickets are currently $169, but could go up any day to $189. The 3 Day Mainstage VIP ticket package is currently $319, while the 3 Day Super VIP package is $1099. VIP packages include admission to the Kick OFF party on June 9, but the General Admission pass doesn’t. Tickets to the Kick Off Party will be on sale soon, and you can buy tickets for it separately from festival tickets. The festival has a payment plan that you can choose when buying tickets to break up the cost for you. CCMF is also offering discount tickets to all military personnel, just look for the link on their website. When you pick up your tickets, it would be a good time to go ahead and make some reservations for your stay. Myrtle Beach Luxury Rentals has condos and beach houses all along the stunning Grand Strand for rent. We also have a Flex Pay plan to make the cost easier on the pocketbook.
This is the country music festival Myrtle Beach has been waiting for and it’s sure to be a blast for all ages. The festival covers a spacious 18 acres of prime oceanfront land in downtown Myrtle Beach, with the main stage sitting beside the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. The second stage will be near King’s Highway near the Zip Line Tower. You will be able to buy food, drinks, band merchandise and alcohol with proper 21+ I.D. with the festival’s cashless wristband system. You won’t even have to worry about your wallet or purse, just hanging on to those flip-flops and not spilling that margarita.
We think this year’s festival is going to even bigger and go on to become one of the best Myrtle Beach music festivals of all time. June is just around the corner, and there will be tens of thousands of country music lovers coming to town for sun, sand and the sounds of Keith Urban, Florida Georgia Line and Tim McGraw. Now is the perfect time to book your beach house before the rush is on and we sell out.
